McCullough Construction, L.L.C. is a general contracting firm located in Washington, D.C. that was started in 2000. We specialize in commercial construction, renovations, historic restoration and multi-family residential projects in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Our well deserved reputation for excellence is based on our record of on-time, within-budget delivery that consistently meets and exceeds our client’s expectations. Our approximate annual volume is $80-100 Million. The Founder, Tom McCullough, is President of the company. Prior to starting McCullough Construction, Tom earned a degree in structural and civil engineering, worked as a structural engineer for four years at Bechtel Power Corporation and worked for seventeen years at a large commercial general contractor. Although the growing company has over 60 employees (including 4 project executives, 9 superintendents and 8 project managers), Tom is careful to limit the number of projects to ensure that he is personally involved in each one.
