The Philmont Staff Association, Inc. is the alumni organization for current and former members of the staff of Philmont Scout Ranch, the national high adventure base of the Boy Scouts of America and largest private camp in the world. Membership is also open to former Philmont Training Center faculty members, former staff of the Double H Ranch High Adventure Base, and former Philmont NJLIC and NAYLE staff .
