The IEDM (= European Institute of Dietetics and Micronutrition), founded in 1997, is a non-profit association. This training organization wants to make micronutrition known and also teach it to health professionals. The institute produces scientific letters (microbiota, sleep, headache...), pedagogical worksheets, quizzes (Q. M. S, DDM, DNS, QA, QVD, Q. A. F...), educational booklets ("Croquer la vie" and "Échos de la Micronutrition").
