Experienced with Designers and Real Estate Brokers in NYC and NJ. Understand requirements of Condo and Co-Op alterations agreement procedures. Ability to source high end materials and have expertise with stone baths, custom kitchen cabinetry, wood flooring, ceiling design and molding. Will work with brokers on estimates for clients and can submit cost effective proposals with NYC and NJ based designers. Aras Contracting will also do work and renovations for building owners, condominium and co-op boards on common area re-design.
