Newman Health & Wellbeing is a new and exciting venture created by Newman University in 2016. Newman Health & Wellbeing exists to improve the quality of life for individuals and to make a positive contribution to the communities and organisations to which they belong. We are commencing with two services: Counselling and Psychotherapy: for children, young people and adults across Birmingham and beyond Reachout: building connections with young people in our local area In creating Newman Health & Wellbeing we will seek to: Develop further ways of offering and delivering valued services for individuals and local communities, including those in the immediate vicinity of the University Provide high quality development and work experience for students, thus enhancing their employability Contribute to well informed insights and research for the University
