Innovatus Law (in Chinese: 創拓國際法律事務所) was founded by Derek T. C. Sun (Managing Partner), Chia-heng Seetoo (Executive Director), Jamie C. Yang (Partner) and Marine Yang (Partner) in 2014. All members of our senior legal team are graduates of top law schools in Taiwan and the U.S., and all had many years of practice experience in renowned business law firms in Taiwan and abroad. Seetoo and Jamie are among the very few law practitioners in Taiwan holding J.D. degrees. Foreign entities doing business in Taiwan have limited options for legal representation. Only a few international law firms have offices in Taiwan, and local Taiwanese law firms often lack both the cross-border experience and language capabilities necessary to serve the needs of foreign clients. We aim to give our clients a fresh alternative to "Big Law": high-quality legal services at a reasonable and transparent price.
