SharedXP offers a part-time Executive Pastor (XP) Service that fills in the gaps for a monthly fee that is a little more than 2% of the average annual salary of a full time Executive Pastor. SharedXP’s primary mission is to provide part-time Executive Pastor Services to churches. When you hire a SharedXP Business/Ministry Coach you do not get just one Executive Pastor, but a local contact that is backed up by an entire team! According to 2017 salary surveys the average XP’s annual salary is $70-$90k.
