Karl von Weber and Paul Lacey have formed a small, multi disciplinary Highway and Transportation Planning consultancy. We aim to provide contemporary high quality services, delivered with personal cost effective simplicity. After 62 years of combined service both in the public and private sector across local authorities and both national and international companies, Paul and Karl have decided to combine their strengths and expertise.
