My practice areas include, but are not limited to, residential and commercial real estate closings, estate planning, all business and corporate law matters, and all personal injury. I understand the importance of having business related legal issues attended to in a timely manner. At our clients’ request, we often act as their outside general counsel and oversee all of their legal matters, directly handling those matters with respect to which we have substantial expertise, and identifying and supervising the most appropriate outside law firms to handle specialty areas of practice outside of our core disciplines.
