I help people in business grow, creating the space to invest in themselves, their business and the direction they want to go. I also enable people and organisations to deliver sustainable change and business transformation through the adoption of new technology. My approach is client centred, solution focused, helping people become more effective and productive in what they do, to deliver the results they want. My whole career has been about supporting my customers growth, believing in that by working together we can be successful. My successes during 16+ years of commercial experience in a blue chip company are based on building relationships and developing partnerships that delivered business results, for me and my customers. I’ve worked in, and travelled across, many different countries, enjoying the discovery, learning and growth that comes from working with different people and cultures.
