Women Innovating Together exists to provide visibility, community, and resources for women involved in FileMaker development, services, and business. Women Innovating Together (FMWIT) is a community group of volunteers, with the support of FileMaker, Inc., that seeks to advance women who are interested in learning and working with FileMaker technology. FMWIT meets annually for a community building luncheon at the annual FileMaker Developer Conference and offers additional online resources for women at all levels of their careers. FMWIT is comprised of women around the world who work in various FileMaker roles including developers, analysts, business sales, marketing, project management, consulting, support services, and training.
