Established in 2002, Benchmark Houston Builders, LP (BHB) was founded with a goal of changing what client service and satisfaction really meant. Our clients wanted more than just another vendor, they wanted a partner that tended to their needs and made sure their interests were protected. We offer conceptual estimating, pre-construction and construction management services for commercial construction projects, and specialize in mid-rise office, oilfield service facilities, laboratories and tenant improvements. Benchmark is registered and/or licensed to do business in four states; Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico.
