The SIGR is a German investment company based in Stuttgart and Berlin. The investment strategy of SIGR includes three business areas: shareholdings, real estate and financial investments. The real estate sector serves to preserve capital in the long term. Liquid financial assets, primarily in the equity sector, generate a continuous return on capital and serve to secure liquidity for larger investments. The shareholdings sector has an investment horizon in the medium to long term and supports the growth of capital. The SIGR and its holding company Schober Ventures make investments in private equity and in financial investments, in particular. Under private equity we understand direct and indirect shareholdings in companies and closed-end investment funds. Investments in individual real estate properties beyond closed-end real estate funds are also made.
