Secret Aardvark Trading Co. is a small company based in Portland Oregon. We believe that bland, boring food is unacceptable! Our goal is to be "The flavor that kicks you in the mouth"! We started by peddling our sauces at the Portland Farmers markets in 2004. From an original line up of ten sauces, we have narrowed our product line down to five sauces and more on the way (stay tuned). We have two cooking sauces; Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce, an Asian inspired spicy whiskey laced marinade, pasta, and stir-fry sauce and Drunken Jerk Jamaican Marinade, the perfect balance of thyme, allspice, scotch bonnet peppers, garlic and of course Eastside Distilling rum to make it “Drunken” as well as balances the flavors. Our flagship sauce is Secret Aardvark Habanero Hot Sauce. Our Aardvark Habanero Hot sauce is served on the tables of over 200 of Portland’s coolest food joints. You may also find us on tables in the Seattle, Denver, Oakland, and Los Angeles area, if you know where to look. All of the sauces are available in many secretly ordained stores in Oregon, Washington, Montana, New York, California, Colorado, Illinois, and Texas and internationally.
