You're designing products, services or strategy. You're trying to tell a complex story simply, or translate ideas into visuals. You're trying to have the important conversations, but they're smothered in management-speak. This is the sort of work I help with. What I do is called service design, experience design or human-centred design. When I do it, though, there’s a lot of drawing involved, so I call it experience illustration.
