The Color Vowel® Chart is an innovative visual tool for teaching English pronunciation and literacy. Published by English Language Training Solutions (ELTS), the Color Vowel Chart is used by teachers and learners throughout North America and around the world. The U.S. Department of State's Office of English Language Programs has partnered with ELTS to print and distribute posters of the Color Vowel Chart to teachers outside the United States.
