The Cares Family helps people find connection and community in a disconnected age Our programmes help older and younger neighbours to reduce loneliness together, so they can feel part of a changing world rather than left behind by it. And we help everyone to build action, voice and power. The Cares Family currently operates five branches, each run at the local level: North London Cares, South London Cares, Manchester Cares, Liverpool Cares and East London Cares.
