As a nonprofit system of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Blue Ridge Health (BRH) works closely with communities to meet the ever-changing healthcare needs of Western North Carolina with high-quality, comprehensive primary care services. For more than 55 years, BRH has served as a leader in community-focused healthcare, providing services to communities in Henderson, Rutherford, Polk, Buncombe, Transylvania, Jackson, and Haywood Counties. With 31 healthcare practices throughout the region and within schools, BRH offers primary care, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and nutrition services that prioritize an exceptional patient care experience. BRH accepts most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients based on family size and household income. No patient is every turned away for their inability to pay.
