Dr. Messina & Associates, Inc. provides evidence-based psychological and psychiatric services to people in Southlake and surrounding areas. We utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and medication management to treat a variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, phobias, OCD, ADHD, panic disorder, and trauma. We work with children, adolescents, and adults, and are currently offering services in-person and online.
