Ryan started out managing the corporate store before being promoted to General Manager of the Hydropool Retail group, in that position he learned the importance of giving great customer service and going above and beyond for the customer. From there he was promoted to Territory Development Manager taking care of Ontario. He was asked to take part in hot tub design, marketing material and was the main person in the production and design of the Hydropool branded water care line.
