You may have seen some of our work, here are some examples. We deliver the International Women's Day (IWD) platform for a consortium of stakeholders, collaboratively produce an annual IWD campaign theme, manage IWD's Best Practice Competition, and fulfill IWD merchandise and resources for event managers worldwide. We provide the Where Women Work platform that celebrates women's achievements while shining a spotlight on the employers supporting them. We showcase prime employers for women to help candidates research and compare companies before applying for jobs. #PrimeEmployersforWomen We've delivered 500+ events for companies seeking to engage female candidates, connect with female consumers, or build trust with female communities - ranging from highly-targeted intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and major events. We've published over 10 career magazines for women considering roles with corporate employers - featuring potential career paths, talented women and their work, and top employers. We founded the UK's TOP 50 list with The Times that continues to showcase progressive employers for women annually. We pioneered the world's first gender capital benchmarking SAAS. Piloted by 20 corporations and sold to over 150, its interactive comparative industry data informed practice and later morphed to a further product. We've delivered employer branding strategies, benchmarking audits, diversity tools, candidate experience analysis projects, sponsorship securing and more.
