We are a student-led organization representing 2SLGBTQ+ students at the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University. The RoweOUT Society seeks to provide a safe space and promote diversity, inclusion and belongingness to Rowe's students and allies. In addition, we aim to help students navigating the professional world by providing access to Diversity & Inclusion recruiting opportunities and alumni networks.
