The partnership is managed by a board chaired by Swatpro’s chief executive officer. The board includes managers from Swatpro’s 15 partners. A non-executive director offers the board advice and direction about possible future developments in training. The company has a unique pedigree as it is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee with its membership being established providers approved on the Education and Skills Funding Agency Register of Training Organisations and Register of Apprenticeship Training Organisations with a history of delivering high quality learning and skills Offering apprenticeships to levy and non-levy paying employers across the following sectors: Accountancy Animal Care & Welfare Business Administration Clinical Health (hospitals) Construction Customer Service Digital (Cyber Security & Network Infrastructure) Digital Marketing Early Years Education Engineering Forklift Engineering Health & Social Care Hospitality and Catering Information Technology Leadership & Management Outdoors, Leisure and Events Retail Leading on expertise in the delivery of apprenticeship standards for both levy and non-levy businesses, delivering cost-effective, high-quality, flexible skills solutions that meet the needs of the modern workplace and deliver high return on investment.
