CFA Events, in conjunction with the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade Foundation, produces the Chicago Thanksgiving Parade and the live three-hour broadcast and live stream of the Parade on State Street in downtown Chicago on Thanksgiving morning. Millions of viewers from across the world watch the parade on TV or live-stream online. While 400,000 thousand of spectators line State Street to view the thousands of participates from all across the United States and those that travel internationally to Chicago to be part of the historical event. Chicago's Parade represents the diversity, culture and community of one of the largest cities in North America. The Parade embraces all cultures and gathers visitors and residents to celebrate Thanksgiving. Local, national and international group are welcome to apply to perform each year as a staged performance during the first hour broadcast or as forward-motion group traveling up State Street. Groups include, but are not limited to, dance troupes, equestrian units, marching bands, floats, and other performers. The Chicago Thanksgiving Parade partners with national and local brands that seek year-round exposure to an engaged and family oriented audience. Sponsors can receive naming rights, on-screen and on-route branding, digital exposure and presence and much more.
