Amidst breathtaking beauty, Khalsa Centre’s setting is in Miracle Valley, in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Our prime 160 acres border on multiple Lakes and is overlooking Stave Lake and enveloped in majestic trees. With all the wilderness activities and fresh air, you are sure to work up a healthy appetite. Vegetarian meals of a high standard are served regularly, enhancing together time while the day’s lessons are digested. The buzz around the langar hall, as old and new friends eat together, amplifies the signature Khalsa Centre atmosphere of joy and celebration. Rest is welcome after a program of challenge and recreation in Khalsa Centre’s remarkable mountain setting. Day’s end is a good time to curl up in front of a campfire/fireplace with a friend and talk about your experiences, or just be alone with your thoughts. At night, we often light the big bonfires scattered between the lodges.
