Global Thinking Foundation is a non-profit that supports, sponsors and organises initiatives and projects aimed at promoting widespread and equitable financial literacy aimed at promoting social inclusion and preventing the phenomena of economic violence. Global Thinking Foundation was founded in 2016 in Milan in memory of Angelo Chiodi. The Foundation’s mission is to contribute to the innovation and promotion of a valuable approach to money, and to support and promote the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations, giving particular attention to Goal 4 (Quality Education); Goal 5 (Gender Equality) together with Goal 10 (Reducing Inequalities); and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). Independent of any political or confessional stance, the Foundation’s projects are committed to contributing concrete actions to individual and collective well-being by addressing children, women, families and the most vulnerable social groups.On the 25th of November 2020 the Foundation was invited by the French Parliament to attend the session of the Delegation for Women’s Rights to present the results, good practices and proposals related to the activities carried out with regards to the prevention of economic violence in Italy and France, publication presented in 2019.
