Fulcrum Global (Hong Kong) Limited ("Fulcrum Global") is a premier platform for international property investments to investors based in Greater China. We seek to provide an integrated solution across the entire ownership lifecycle to make overseas property investment more accessible. Fulcrum Global's business scope consists of three components - acquisition and development, sales and distribution, and downstream services - encompassing the entire international property value chain. Since our founding in 2008, our relentless focus on overseas property investments, along with a strong emphasis on developing a best-in-class management and distribution network, have cemented our position as a market leader in the sector. To date, Fulcrum Global has invested in over 70 residential and commercial property projects across ten cities in the UK and Asia, including the United Kingdom, Thailand, Singapore, Japan and the People’s Republic of China. The total project value of our investments exceed USD 1 billion. Starting in 2012, the Company entered the UK market through acquisitions of residential portfolios from developers in London and Manchester, totalling over 1,300 apartments. Since then, the values of the properties have enjoyed rental growth of over 25% and capital appreciation of more than 40%. In 2018, Fulcrum Global set a new milestone with the successful acquisition of a 20% stake in Noble Development Public Company Limited ("Noble Development"), a top ten Thailand developer listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (NOBLE.BK). This strategic investment further strengthens our leadership position in the overseas property market. In 2021, Fulcrum Global entered into a joint venture with Noble Development to invest in residential projects in the UK. The total investment budget for this joint venture initially is GBP 100 million with the intent to roll out 1,500 units per year and is expected to scale up to GBP 350 million by 2024.
