Our long-term vision for Selfient is to become the HR Technology and Recruiting Platform for the Web3 industry. As companies adopt Web3 technologies into their business strategies, we want Selfient to be in position to enable the Enterprise adoption of Web3 technologies into their hiring and onboarding processes. We believe Web3 HR Tech to become an enormous industry as companies will race to refit or augment current Web 2.0 HR systems over into Web3 technology, which will be much less costly, more scalable, efficient and provide ease of use for all involved, while offering better data security and personal data ownership than current Web 2.0 systems.
