Our facility has large water tanks, chill storage's and drying equipment for live seafood, frozen and dried products. We catch fresh quality seafood products from entire east coastal areas in Australia. Our product specialities are tropical lobsters, mud crabs and sea cucumbers. With fully accredited Food Safety License and Export Establishment Permit, we are able to sell domestically in Australia and internationally to South-East Asia including China. Having fully skilled stuff at our facility and with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) in place, we have the confidence in our products’ quality.
