Little Flower Yoga provides education based yoga programs to schools and youth organizations, as well as training teachers to engage, encourage and inspire joy in all children. Within the NY metro area we can send a certified yoga teacher to work with your children, and in all schools we can provide staff development programs that require no previous yoga experience. Our Teacher Training for Children's Yoga is a comprehensive and professional program, which will give you the skills to teach yoga to children from 2 - 18 years old. Little Flower Yoga grew out of a desire to see all children embrace their potential, and to help children live their lives with joy, secure in the knowledge that the world holds great wonders for them and that they have great gifts to share with the world. Founded in 2006, Little Flower quickly became a well respected organization among New York City schools, and currently serves over 500 children per week with in-school and after-school yoga classes, and reaches an even greater population through our worldwide network of Little Flower trained educators. We strive everyday to provide tools that help all children come to school ready to learn, and give parents and teachers strategies and support to reinforce these tools.
