Serving teens and the parents, professionals and organizations that support, encourage and inspire them to reach their fullest potential through one on one and group coaching, training, facilitation and consulting services. My work is based on: 1) the Search Institute's 40 Developmental Assets for healthy youth developmentas 2) Jack Canfield's Success Principles for both teens and adults 3) an understanding of the subconscious mind through my training as a Certified Hypnotherapist and Hypnocoach. Hypnosis and coaching are a great combination to access the subconscious mind for the purpose of eliminating blocks and limiting beliefs that hold us back from seeing possibilities, setting and reaching our goals and realizing our goals dreams. I often use hypnosis as an adjunct to traditional coaching for a wide range of purposes including but not limited to stress management and relaxation, test anxiety, smoking cessation, enhancing self esteem, as well as to optimize performance and motivation. Services can be provided in person or remotely by phone, teleconferencing, videoconferencing, email or other technology.
