Since August 2007 4Finance Ltd. is a Swiss registered shareholding company, fully owned by the founders. With this structure, we can guarantee independence and provide real added-value for our clients. Our wealth management is based on the basis of limited power of attorney for asset management in favour of 4Finance. The power of attorney is restricted on investments within the deposit of your custodian bank and excludes any other payments. This can be both discretionary or non-discretionary. The fees are the same. For other services, 4Finance works with independent, carefully selected specialists such as bookkeeper (e.g. annual tax declaration), asset managers, lawyers, real estate specialists, art experts and tax specialists. Of course, we are also happy to work with your existing partners. Consulting We provide independent competent consulting services free of any conflict of interest.
