Training, Education and Support We purchase $15 million to $20 million of residential real estate per year throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Private Investing We have acquired property ranging from a $19,000 condominium in Silver Spring, Maryland to a $1.7 million estate in McLean, Virginia. In the District, we have managed million-dollar condominium conversion projects. Financing We also finance projects through the placement of private capital, issuing first and second mortgages to our investors. All of our financing is secured by residential real estate.
