PROGRAMS The YPM Music School offers the following 2 programs. Basic Education Program (6 to 8 years) Pre-Conservatoy Program (3 to 4 years) INSTRUMENT MAJORS The instrumental major builds the core of a student's education at the YPM Music School and determines all other aspects throughout his/her studies at the YPM Music School. Whereas academic subjects are taught in classes, instrument lessons are always held one-on-one (private). Our students can choose from the following instrument majors: Piano Violin Guitar Flute Voice Harp - new starting 2015-2016! All of the above instrument majors are offered for both the Basic Education Program as well as for the Pre-Conservatory Program. Every instrumental major is accompanied by academic & ensemble classes serving to support the student's studies and to strengthen, to broaden and to deepen his/her musical experience. ACADEMIC & ENSEMBLE CLASSES Academic and ensemble classes vary according to the student's instrument major and the program in which he/she is enrolled.
