Dr. Buor hold a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Loyola University-Chicago. He was the co-founder of Liberia International Christian College (LICC) in Ganta, Liberia, and served as its first president from 2009-2014. He also served as co-founder and president of United Liberia Inland Friends and Associates (ULICAF). Realizing the significant needs at the high school level in Liberia, Dr. Buor stepped down as LICC President in 2014 and founded Christian Leadership Training International (CLTI.) Mrs. Buor brings to the ministry her experience as a small business owner. Small, kiosk style business are essential to the economy of small towns in Liberia. Bringing her practical experience, and her nurturing manner, Yah has developed a thriving entrepreneurship program. Currently serving 26 young,disadvantaged women with small business loans and mentoring, she expects the program to grow to 50 this year.
