The mission of Cole Wellness is to promote emotional wellness and physical health through counseling, health coaching, and personal training. We define wellness as a state of being healthy in body and mind that is maintained through effective lifestyle habits, a healthy mindset , and proper diet and exercise. Dealing with life stressors, including substance use, grief, loss, depression, anxiety, anger and relationship issues, can diminish physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Maladaptive patterns of thought and action often keep people from growing. Counseling may be used as a tool to facilitate the change in thinking and the accountability necessary to get unstuck. Health coaching and personal training may be used to improve and stabilize mood, health, and self-efficacy. Cole Wellness provides a range of therapeutic, health and wellness services to assist individuals and families with improving their overall mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.
