Examples of our contribution: 1. Designed the video-based Staying Strong toolkit that equips leaders to engage with their teams around well-being and resilience. Woolworths won the 2022 IPM Excellence Award for their implementation of this toolkit across 400+ stores, touching 20,000+ employees with four months of weekly, short, powerful, structured, well-being conversations 2. Conceptualised, developed and implemented a Women Career Advancement Programme for High Potential Women in RCL Foods that delivered a step-change in diversity management in the organisation 3. Within one month of Lockdown, developed a high-impact COVID-19 Frontline toolkit for shopfloor workers that was implemented with big success at several large companies e.g. Premier and RCL Foods 4. Customised our employee engagement programmes for several SABMIller sites across Africa, positively impacting culture and the bottom line 5.
