BCL was formed as an independent consultancy in 2000 by members of the former Hydrogeology Unit of Tarmac Quarry Products Ltd. We provide hydrogeological and hydrological services across a range of the UK’s industries. We specialise in delivering practical, pragmatic and cost effective solutions to water related problems. Our services can range from the provision of informal advice upon water related matters, to complex assessments in support of major developments. We primarily work across the UK and Ireland from offices in the Midlands and the Southwest.
