Platinum Care aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves, in their own homes, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount. Platinum Care aims to provide a high quality professional, personal and practical care service tailored to suit the needs of each individual service user living in their own home, and to assist and improved their quality of life. Platinum Care prime objective is to enhance the quality of life for Service Users who are in need of care due to illness, disability or frailty of age and to enable carers respite from their caring duties by offering a personal care service through the provision of trained community care workers.
