We cater to property managers, developers, and high-end residential clients who are in need of a contractor that will perform several different tasks (usually of different trades) turn-key or jobs that are too complex for most companies to consider. This service eliminates the hassle of coordinating several different companies to perform their own trade work in conjunction with each other and provides you with someone to call when you have a small, but important task to complete. Outdoor Contracting is owned and managed by a civil engineer that has experience as a Project Engineer for one of the nation’s largest engineering firms and experience as a Project Engineer/Manager for one of Charlotte’s largest site development contractors. He has estimated and managed site development contracts up to one million dollars. With our education and experience we are unprecedented in our profession.
