For many years the company has specialised in providing services related to statute law revision and law reporting. Blackhall offers consultancy to institutions and governments. The company currently publishes and maintains the Laws of the Isle of Man, Botswana, Jamaica, Malawi, Tanzania and the Falkland Islands.
