Established in 1979, Moscato, Okoneski & Associates is a real estate firm founded by Louis J. Moscato, MAI and Lawrence E. Ofner, MAI. After Larry's passing in 2006, Brett J. Okoneski, MAI became a principal in 2007. T. Chad Plaster, JD, MAI, joined the partnership in 2016 and Paul Moscato, MAI became principal in 2018. The firm was founded with the purpose of providing a wide range of commercial real estate appraisal services of the highest quality and professional standards based on a team concept. In the field of commercial real estate appraisal, our reports include a detailed study of the economic conditions affecting the marketplace, in-depth analysis of the subject property and appropriate market data. The members of this firm adhere to the code of ethics of the Appraisal Institute and possess a wide range of experience and educational backgrounds.
