She has a large range of experience, not just with design, but also with construction. She has designed commercial shopping centers, large scale residential complexes, athletic fields and schools, as well as single family homes. Margie can layout a project based on local code requirements and can provide the proper drainage calculations to meet local and state regulations. She has experience with obtaining the required permits for large and small projects and can take your project from concept to construction. Not only can Margie provide you with the plans required to build your project, but she can also provide inspections during the construction process. As an Assistant Site Superintendent for a large builder, she oversaw the earthwork for a $100+ million project. She has overseen the installation of drainage systems, upgrades to sewerage treatment facilities, capital improvement projects, flood mitigation projects, concrete placement and paving. Margie is a licensed engineer in 3 states- New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She is a Certified Floodplain Manager and is certified in concrete testing. She has her Bachelor's Degree from Lehigh University and more than 10 years of experience in the Civil Engineering field.
