Approximately two weeks after establishing the business, “YES” fielded an experienced staff of 28 field engineers and technicians. Over the next 10 days Yates Engineering Services scaled up to more than 30 full time telecommunication professionals deployed across their first RUS project. Today the Yates team has over 500 years of telecommunications engineering, fiber optic, and project management experience, and has completed more than 20 RUS projects! “YES” is now a proven provider of telecommunication and FTTH engineering and construction inspection services. Yates Engineering Services is not interested in becoming a large national firm. Bart has 26 years of telco engineering and high level management experience and is licensed in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, and Michigan. Mr. Bretsch will oversee all engineering activities for the company.
