DEMIC is the Department of Electronics and Microelectronics of the School of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FEEC) of the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). The department is devoted to the advancement of knowledge and education of students in Integrated Circuit Projects, Electronic Measurement and Instrumentation, Microelectronic Technology and Semiconductor Device Modeling and Characterization.
