Change Management Library is the first organisation to bring together the disciplines of inclusion and Change Management to empower employees from ethnic backgrounds to become Change Leaders of the future within the organisations they work in. We work with organisations to help grow in inclusive leadership practices by establishing internal networks of Change leaders from ethnic backgrounds and or tapping into existing diversity and inclusion networks to build change management capability. Our aim is to refine the low representation of ethnic professionals in the workplace and empower ethnic professionals to become successful Change Leaders, bringing diversity in Change Management, to the forefront of organisations going through change.
