The Collaborative for CUBES uses advanced analytics and machine learning to develop models for strategic planning and performance monitoring. By linking a firm's customer model, execution model, and financial model the Collaborative can identify strategy inhibitors. C-CUBES scholars publish their research top-tier academic journals and work with senior executives to develop the models underlying the academic research. Through industry-academic partnerships the collaborative seeks to increase academic impact while informing industry practice in sectors such as B-to-B, Energy, Industrial Manufacturing and Services, and K-12 education.
