Scott is currently a Senior Managing Director at the Fairfax Group, where he is developing a new suite of strategic and operational risk management services in conjunction with major global insurers and private equity investors. Scott also serves on the Advisory Board and as Director of Corporate Development with Intelligent Discovery Solutions, a computer forensics and e-discovery specialist advisory firm. A proven leader with 20-years experience providing strategic intelligence and risk analysis to clients in the course of conducting investment due diligence, during commercial contests and other disputes, when entering new markets, and in seeking to advance their interests before government agencies.
