Recognising that healing extends beyond a 30 minute appointment, alongside the online physiotherapy appointments, Universal Practice has developed intelligent and adaptive logging and tracking systems, an always accessible talk to a physiotherapist chat, pre-recorded content and exercises, and internally developed educational resources, and blogs. The goal is not only to ensure that patients recover but to encourage patients to take ownership over their mind and body. Founded in 2016, Universal Practice has two reputable practices in Melbourne - Fitzroy and Malvern Rd. In the studio, our offerings include individualised Hands-on Physiotherapy Appointments and Clinical Classes (3:1), and our Group Class model consists of Reformer, Strength & Conditioning and Yoga Classes. Universal Practice is proudly home to UP Edu, the only Australian Physiotherapy Accredited Pilates Course - designed specifically for the physiotherapy industry.
