Helix Health is Clinical Business Intelligence tool for Hospitals and Insurers to use to help increase the health outcomes and decrease the cost of care for their populations. We use clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data and artificial intelligence modeling to describe patient treatment pathways, predict health and financial outcomes, and prescribe interventions on how to improve outlooks. Our first products focus on primary care and diabetes.
